Tyrone William Griffin Jr. (born April 13, 1982), better known by his stage name Ty Dolla Sign (stylized as Ty Dolla $ign or Ty$), is an American singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and record producer. He first gained recognition for his feature on rapper YG‘s 2010 single, “Toot It and Boot It”.

In 2012, he signed to Atlantic Records, and in 2013, he signed with rapper Wiz Khalifa‘s Taylor Gang Entertainment. He has since released three studio albums, Free TC (2015), Beach House 3 (2017), and Featuring Ty Dolla Sign (2020), the latter of which reached number 4 on the Billboard 200.
