Of Moroccan descent, he grew up in a city known for producing some of the biggest names in electronic dance music (EDM), including Tiësto and Hardwell. From a young age, he developed a passion for music, particularly electronic beats, and started experimenting with DJing and production.
Career Beginnings and Breakthrough (2007–2011)
R3HAB started his career in the late 2000s, gaining recognition in the Dutch electronic scene. His breakthrough came when fellow Dutch DJ Afrojack discovered his talent and helped him gain exposure.
