On March 1, 2008, the original group from Roma, Texas, receives the title of Distinguished Guest and the keys to the city of Matamoros, Tamaulipas, recognition that they shared with Ramón Ayala and his Bravos del Norte.
In December 2009, they released, Necesito Mas de Ti, an album that, just a few days after its debut release, ranked first in national sales in the United States, above Nigga, Daddy Yankee and Vicente Fernandez.
In 2020, “A Punto de Empezar”, a song written by Óscar Iván Treviño, premiered simultaneously on the radio in Mexico and the USA, managing to this day to be one of the most popular songs.
