Death from Above 1979 is a Canadian rock duo formed in 2001, known for their unique blend of punk, dance, and noise rock.
The band, consisting of Jesse F. Keeler and Sebastien Grainger, gained attention with their energetic live performances and unique sound. Their debut EP, Heads Up, was released in 2002.
