On April 7, 2023, Ness and Social Distortion posted to their Instagram pages that pre-production on the band’s next album was complete and that they would begin recording on April 17.
Dubbed by Steven Blush as “the Rolling Stones of hardcore,” Social Distortion is considered one of the best-selling and most influential punk rock bands, with more than three million albums sold worldwide.
Their discography includes seven studio albums, one extended play (EP), two compilation albums, two DVDs and twenty-four singles.
