In early 2010, Alter Bridge joined the Wheelchair Foundation, C3 Music Group, and other artists including Scott Stapp (retired as vocalist of Creed), Godsmack, David Archuleta, and New Kids on the Block to assist in the “Plane to Haiti” project, a relief effort to help the victims of the 2010 Haiti earthquake.
In 2016, the Last Hero became the band’s first album since its debut to reach the top ten of the Billboard 200, and its first to reach the top five of the UK Albums Chart.
