In this section, you will learn how to book talent for a live (stage) performance in areas outside of North America.

Important terms used on this site:

  • Open-to-the-public” or “PUBLIC“:
    Refers to events that are promoted and open to the general public.
    In this context, “public”, refers to attendees, not a government entity.
    Examples would be open-to-the-public concerts,
    open-to-the-public fairs or festivals,
    open-to-the-public fund-raisers,
    open-to-the-public nightclub events, etc.
    Admission may be free or ticketed.

  • Private” or “Corporate“:
    Refers to invitation-only parties or events. Not promoted or open to the general public.

  • Submitting an offer:
    Buyers/Purchasers submit offers to hire/book entertainment talent.
    We do not submit offers to Buyers/Purchasers.
    Should you want multiple artists, your budget for ONE must meet the stated minimum of US$100,000.

A) Open-to-the-Public: Standard

Minimum budget: US$100,000  (one hundred thousand US dollars) for one artist.
(If you want more than one, your budget for one must still meet this minimum.)

  • Promoted and open to the general public; standard budget
  • Ticketed or free admission
  • Examples include:
    public concerts, fairs and festivals, rodeo events, etc.
  • Special situation:
    If attendance is initially invitation-only, then opened to the public to increase attendance, this will be considered “public”.

B) Open-to-the-Public: VIP service

Minimum budget: US$500,000  (five hundred thousand US dollars)

  • Promoted and open to the general public; VIP budget
  • Ticketed or free admission
  • Examples include:
    public concerts, fairs and festivals, rodeo events, etc.
  • Special situation:
    If attendance is initially invitation-only, then opened to the public to increase attendance, this will be considered “public”.

C) Private party or Corporate/Company/Association event: Standard

Minimum budget: US$100,000  (one hundred thousand US dollars)

  • Invitation only.
  • Not open to general public. Not promoted/advertised to general public.
  • Admission free or ticketed.
  • Examples include:
    private (such as wedding/reception, birthday event, graduation party, wedding anniversary, special occasion, etc.)
    company, or trade association invitation-only party or event, or a trade-show (that is invitation-only).

D) Private party or Corporate/Company/Association event: VIP service

Minimum budget: US$500,000  (five hundred thousand US dollars)

  • Invitation only.
  • Not open to general public. Not promoted/advertised to general public.
  • Admission free or ticketed.
  • Examples include:
    private (such as wedding/reception, birthday event, graduation party, wedding anniversary, special occasion, etc.)
    company, or trade association invitation-only party or event, or a trade-show (that is invitation-only).
