The below form is to request information related to BOOKING entertainment talent for a PUBLIC event in the U.S. or Puerto Rico. (Not in Virgin Islands or Guam)

The following is relevant to the information to be entered.

A) Minimum budget requirement for the below form.

US$25,000 and up, with a separate/additional budget for expenses, such as travel, lodging, local production, etc.

Please note:
If your budget is $25k or more, we can help you find and acquire excellent talent.
However, the artist you want might have a fee that FAR exceeds this budget minimum.
Of course, a bigger budget helps get bigger name acts.

Invalid entries:
Any budget figure indicating less than $25,000 will be rejected.
Invalid entry examples:

B) Talent fee budget entry must be numerical.

1) Common examples of a VALID budget entry include:
$25k, $25k-35k, $35k-50k, $50k-75k, $100k-150k, $500k-1mil, etc.

This should be appropriate to the level of talent you are seeking. If you interested in a million dollar act, indicate a suitable budget figure.
(This budget figure should be for talent fee only. Budget for expenses, such as travel, lodging, and production, should be separate/additional.)
